at The Corner
The Corner offers several flexible spaces inside one of Muskegon’s historic downtown buildings. From small gatherings in the lobby gallery to performances on The Stage, the building can accommodate a variety of events and celebrations.
These packages represent our most common starting options. Events can be customized with additional time, layout adjustments, or use of multiple spaces depending on your needs.
Guests are welcome to bring their own linens, décor, or specialty furniture if desired.
Small Gathering
Starting at 3 Hours
The Gallery (Lobby) - up to 75 people
Our lobby gallery provides a welcoming and flexible setting for smaller gatherings and celebrations.
Ideal for events such as:
• Birthday parties
• Graduation open houses
• Wedding or baby showers
• Community gatherings
• Board meetings
• Networking events
• Business mixers
Tables in a variety of sizes and shapes are available, along with folding chairs. Layouts can be arranged to fit your event.
Additional hours and space options may be added if needed.
Mid-Size Events
Starting at 5 Hours
The Gallery (Lobby) or The Stage - up to 125 people
Mid-size rentals provide additional time and flexibility for events that require more seating, presentations, or guest flow.
Ideal for events such as:
• Workshops and presentations
• Community gatherings
• Fundraisers
• Graduation open houses
• Professional meetings and mixers
Depending on the nature of the event, rentals may take place in either the gallery, front patio, or The Stage space.
Tables in a variety of sizes and shapes are available, along with folding chairs. Layouts can be arranged to fit your event.
Additional hours and space options may be added if needed.
Large Events &
Stage Productions
Starting at 7 Hours
The Gallery (Lobby) & The Stage - over 125 people
Larger events and productions make use of both the lobby gallery and The Stage areas of the building.
Ideal for events such as:
• Performances
• Film screenings
• Fundraisers
• Conferences
• Large celebrations
The extended time allows for event setup, guest arrival, programming, and breakdown after the event.
Tables and folding chairs are available for flexible layouts depending on the needs of the event.
Outdoor Events
Front Patio & The Courtyard (Back Patio)
Flexible Capacity
Our patio spaces offer a unique setting for open-air gatherings during the warmer months.
These spaces can be rented as a standalone event location or added to any indoor rental package.
Ideal for events such as:
• Outdoor receptions
• Community gatherings
• Food truck events
• Casual celebrations
Groups may also bring in tents or additional outdoor equipment if desired. If tables and chairs are requested for the front patio, it may be added to your rental package.
